Protekz is led by Mike Etuhoko, bringing over 35 years of global leadership across oil and gas, energy transition, ESG and innovation. 

A Sloan Fellow of London Business School and 2025–26 SPE Distinguished Lecturer, Mike has delivered more than $3B in enterprise value while guiding Fortune 500 oil and gas multinationals, scale-ups, and ESG-driven organizations. In today’s volatile business environment, he helps leaders navigate disruption, build boardroom resilience, and accelerate sustainable transformation.

Mike’s career is defined by a rare combination of experiences that bridge global oil and gas leadership, sustainability and climate risk expertise, ESG and innovation governance, and executive coaching.
