Mike Etuhoko is a trusted advisor and executive coach to CEOs, boards, and senior executives, helping leaders safeguard enterprise value, strengthen governance effectiveness, and convert complex risk into sustained competitive advantage.

He works with leaders across energy and other asset-intensive sectors navigating decarbonization, energy transition, regulatory scrutiny, investor pressure, and AI-driven disruption. His focus is strengthening decision quality, governance alignment, and executive judgment where capital allocation, risk oversight, and enterprise reputation converge.

Mike brings more than three decades of global leadership experience across TotalEnergies, Shell, KPO, and HCML, with executive accountability for capital-intensive assets in highly regulated, high-risk environments. He led enterprise transformation initiatives that strengthened operational discipline, governance rigor, and long-term enterprise value.

A London Business School Sloan Fellow, Accredited Board Director, and ICF-credentialed executive coach, Mike founded Protekz Inc. to advise and coach leaders operating under consequence. He is a 2025–26 SPE Distinguished Lecturer, delivering a global tour on Transformational Leadership to Accelerate the Energy Transition. He is also a Doctor of Business Administration candidate in Emerging Technologies researching Generative AI and executive effectiveness.
