Founder & CEO, Mike Etuhoko

Mike Etuhoko is a board advisor, executive coach, and strategic transformation advisor to CEOs, boards, and senior executives in energy and capital-intensive sectors. He helps leaders strengthen decision quality, governance alignment, and leadership execution where capital, safety, technology, reputation, and enterprise risk intersect.

With more than three decades of global leadership experience in Fortune 500 energy companies, Mike has led complex transformation efforts across highly regulated, safety-critical, and capital-intensive environments. His work combines operational depth, board-level perspective, executive coaching, and research-backed insight into transformational leadership, energy transition, and emerging technology governance.

Mike is a London Business School Sloan Fellow, Accredited Board Director, and ICF-credentialed executive coach. He also served as a 2025–26 SPE Distinguished Lecturer and is pursuing doctoral research in Emerging Technologies, focused on Generative AI and executive effectiveness.

He is recognized for bringing together operational expertise, board-level perspective, and executive coaching insight to help boards and senior leadership teams make better decisions, govern risk more effectively, and lead through uncertainty and transformation.
