Founder & CEO, Mike Etuhoko

Mike Etuhoko is a trusted advisor and executive coach to CEOs, boards, and senior executives in capital-intensive sectors. He helps leaders elevate decision quality, strengthen AI governance, and protect enterprise value where risk, capital, and reputation are tightly intertwined.

He works with leaders across energy, industrial, infrastructure, and transition-linked sectors facing energy transition, decarbonization, AI disruption, regulatory scrutiny, geopolitical uncertainty, and long-cycle capital risk. His work focuses on strengthening governance, sharpening executive judgment, and building leadership resilience in complex, high-pressure environments.

With more than three decades of global leadership experience in Fortune 500 energy companies, Mike has held executive accountability for major capital-intensive assets in highly regulated, safety-critical, and high-risk settings. He has led transformation efforts that improved performance, reinforced governance discipline, and supported sustainable value creation over time.

Mike is a London Business School Sloan Fellow, Accredited Board Director, and ICF-credentialed executive coach. He founded Protekz Inc. to help leaders navigate complexity with greater clarity, discipline, and confidence. He also serves as a 2025–26 SPE Distinguished Lecturer and is pursuing doctoral research in Emerging Technologies, focused on Generative AI and executive effectiveness.

He is recognized for bringing together operational expertise, board-level perspective, and executive coaching insight to help boards and senior leadership teams make better decisions, govern risk more effectively, and lead through uncertainty and transformation.
