He led enterprise-scale transformation initiatives, strengthened operational and governance discipline, and contributed to billions of dollars in sustained enterprise value creation.

A London Business School Sloan Fellow, Accredited Board Director, and ICF-credentialed executive coach, Mike founded Protekz Inc. to advise leaders operating under consequence. He is a 2025–26 SPE Distinguished Lecturer on Transformational Leadership to Accelerate the Energy Transition and a Doctor of Business Administration candidate researching Generative AI, executive decision-making, and leadership effectiveness in high-stakes environments.
