Mike Etuhoko is a trusted advisor and executive coach to energy CEOs, boards, and senior executives. He helps leaders strengthen AI governance, decision quality, and enterprise value where risk, capital, and reputation converge.

He works with leaders across energy and asset-intensive sectors navigating decarbonization, the energy transition, regulatory scrutiny, investor pressure, and AI-driven disruption. His work focuses on governance alignment, executive judgment, and resilience in high-stakes environments.

Mike brings more than three decades of global leadership experience across TotalEnergies, Shell, KPO, and HCML, with executive accountability for capital-intensive assets in highly regulated, high-risk settings. He has led transformation efforts that improved operational discipline, governance rigor, and long-term value creation.

A London Business School Sloan Fellow, Accredited Board Director, and ICF-credentialed executive coach, Mike founded Protekz Inc. to support leaders operating under consequence. He is also a 2025–26 SPE Distinguished Lecturer and a DBA researcher in Emerging Technologies focused on Generative AI and executive effectiveness.

He is known for integrating operational expertise, governance discipline, and executive coaching to help boards and senior leadership teams strengthen judgment, govern risk with confidence, and lead through uncertainty and transition.
