Global Keynotes | Transformational Leadership for the Energy Transition
I am honoured to serve as 2025-26 Society of Petroleum Engineers Distinguished Lecturer, delivering global keynote speeches on Transformational Leadership to Accelerate the Energy Transition.
The energy transition is not only a technological or policy shift. It is fundamentally a leadership challenge. While innovation, capital investment, and regulatory frameworks are essential, the decisive factor is leadership. Boards, CEOs, and senior executives must set direction under uncertainty, align diverse stakeholders, and sustain performance through prolonged disruption.
Through this global lecture series, I have engaged leaders across Asia, North America, and emerging energy markets, sharing practical insights on leadership effectiveness, governance discipline, and decision-making under pressure. These conversations focus on strengthening leadership capability at every level, from the boardroom to frontline operations, to enable organizations to navigate complexity and deliver long-term value.
Each keynote combines real-world executive experience, governance perspective, and research-based leadership frameworks. The goal is clear: to help leaders build resilient organizations capable of executing strategy, maintaining stakeholder trust, and accelerating progress in the evolving global energy system.
These global engagements have also provided a unique opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders, national oil companies, international operators, and emerging energy ecosystems. This exchange of perspectives continues to shape a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to lead transformation at scale.
