Global Keynote Speaking on Leadership, Energy Transition, and Decision Quality

As a 2025–26 Society of Petroleum Engineers Distinguished Lecturer, Mike Etuhoko delivers global keynote lectures on Transformational Leadership to Accelerate the Energy Transition.

Selected for this global distinction, Mike brings a practical leadership perspective to one of the energy sector’s most consequential challenges: how organizations lead transformation while protecting safety, performance, trust, and long-term enterprise value.

Through the distinguished lecture series, he has engaged leaders across multinational and national energy companies, leading research institutions, and emerging energy markets across Asia, North America, and beyond, including ONGC in India, PTRC in Canada, and RIPED in China.

His keynote work focuses on the leadership, governance, and decision-quality capabilities required to navigate complexity, align strategy with execution, and sustain performance through the energy transition. From the boardroom to frontline operations, Mike helps leaders examine what it takes to turn transition ambition into disciplined action.
