Mike’s perspective is shaped by more than 35 years across technical operations, executive leadership, organisational transformation, board governance and executive coaching.
As a 2025–26 SPE Distinguished Lecturer, board director, strategic advisor and executive coach, he brings practical experience from environments where decisions carry operational, financial and organisational consequences.
